ROCK CLIMBING IN ANNECY AND HAUTE-SAVOIE

The district of Haute-Savoie is an area of countless and various landscapes favourable for the practise of rock climbing. This is the time when Nature meets a great variety of activities enabling to express oneself. All around the city of Annecy the adventure takes place in Angon where you go canyoning, on the crags for beginners of La Grande-Jeanne, in Thônes where you can discover via-ferrata or on the multi-pitch dedicated walls of Le Sapey.

These areas are all situated within a 10 kms radius around the Annecy lake, and there are also a lot of other places to discover these activities on a half-day basis in a no more than 30 kms-distance (The Saleve, where rock-climbing is almost part of history).
